  1. 2nd day done. To be honest I feel like a bit of a wally but knowing other Revitalizers are doing the same thing makes me feel less wally like!

    I think this is a great idea almost like it’s getting my body ready for the ‘proper’ training in January! When I will also be starting the Nutritional plan!

  2. Ok – I paid the price for yesterday and did two mins burpees – managed 42 with my legs still burning from yesterdays ride. Then did jumping jacks and burpees – did 20. Ready for tomorrow now!x
