On the third day of Christmas Fitness, Aimee gave to me…..

  • 10 press ups
  • 10 Star jumps
  • and a minute of proper burpees!

 

The further you move your feet away from the wall, the harder the press ups are. Don’t forget to leave a comment below letting me know how you are getting on!

  1. Day Three done, I managed 20 wall press ups, 10 star jumps and 9 Burpees in a minute…how is everybody else getting on? Should i be achieving more than 9 burpees ?!!?

    Looking forward to see what tomorrow brings…:)
