On the eighth day of Christmas Fitness, Aimee gave to me…..

  • 10 kick dips
  • a minute of high knees
  • a minute of plank Jacks
  • 5 Tuck Jumps
  • 10 Squat jumps
  • 10 press ups
  • 10 Star jumps
  • and a minute of proper burpees!

With your hands beside your hips and fingers pointing forwards, lift your hips off the floor and kick your leg into the air while bending your elbows behind you. Switch legs and repeat. 1 kick = 1 rep.
