With our busy lifestyles it can be challenging to find time for exercise. Online fitness sessions are a great way to fit in some exercise from the comfort of your own home, office, or travel destination. You don’t need to worry about travel time, weather disruptions, or having the kids around.
My online fitness membership for busy women provide you with online workout sessions, allowing you to fit movement into your life on your own schedule!
I use Zoom video conferencing for our online sessions. All of the links for the live sessions will be in the membership homepages. Five minutes before the session you simply click the link to enter the meeting. If I am not there yet, don’t worry, I will join shortly.
All of the sessions are recorded and uploaded into the membership sites for you to repeat or catch up at a time that suits you. If you want to keep you camera turned off for the sessions, thats ok!
