Then my Online Fitness Coaching is the perfect option for you. You will get personalised fitness support as well as a weekly check-in call with me so we can review your progress. The weekly check-in sessions are also as much about your mental health as your exercise routine and can be used for you to offload and stay motivated.
You will get personalised workout routines to follow in your own space and time. The routines will be adapted weekly in line with your own goals.
We will use this time to monitor your progress and review your training. This is also a time we can use to discuss your mental health.
I will support you every step of the way to overcome barriers and reach your goals. I will use a variety of tools to keep you motivated and accountable.
