Why will 1:1 Personal Training sessions benefit me?
During your Personal Training sessions, you will learn how to perform exercises correctly so you get the maximum benefit from each movement. Each exercise will be demonstrated and your posture and technique will be monitored throughout the session. Learning how to perform exercises properly reduces your risk of injury but also allows you to perform the exercises more efficiently at home or in the gym on your own.
You may have a specific goal in mind but I will help to break these down into specific and realistic goals. I will also assess your progress towards these goals.
Having a personal plan designed just for you, will get you better results, quicker. I can assess your current fitness level and make changes at each session to motivate you and get you those results.
Personal Training sessions will increase your motivation to stick to a fitness plan. Even if you don’t work with me for every fitness session, some specific training sessions designed just for you will help to keep you on the right track. These sessions can be especially useful if you are just starting out on your fitness journey and want some guidance and advice on what to do. The personalised sessions will also increase your confidence with exercise whether you are a total beginner or wanting to push yourself to the next level.
No two sessions will be the same and they will be designed exclusively for you. I will assess your progress regularly and ensure that the exercises we are using suit you. We will also change your sessions as your fitness increases to ensure progression.
As busy women, we often have very limited time dedicated to exercise. We will ensure that you are getting the maximum benefit from your workouts outside of your 1:1 fitness training sessions and provide you home work out sessions.
