Personal Training sessions for busy women are designed specifically for your needs. No more guessing what might work to get you results or trying to find a suitable, safe workout to fit in with your injuries or medical conditions.
I offer both online and outdoor Personal Training sessions for women in Sheffield and beyond. I will work with you to get you stronger and feeling better. I have written a blog post on why this is important here.
Whatever your current fitness levels are you will gradually increase your strength and fitness over time. You will learn the correct exercise techniques because that will allow you to start feeling more confident.
Online Personal Training
Online Personal Training is a great option for you if you are really short on time, or maybe you have small children without any childcare options.
You won’t need to have any home fitness equipment but if you do I can incorporate it into your sessions. All of my sessions are via Zoom or Google Meets.
Outdoor Personal Training
I love training outside, it brings such a different aspect to your workout and is as beneficial to your mental health as it is to your physical health.
All of my outdoor fitness sessions will be in North Sheffield. I use a mixture of bodyweight exercises and equipment such as suspension trainers, medicine balls and sandbags to get the most out of your 1:1 personal training session. Each personal training workout session will be completely different and tailored to your specific fitness needs and goals.
