With our busy lifestyles, it can be challenging to find time for ourselves. Online fitness sessions are a great way to fit in some exercise from the comfort of your own home, office, or travel destination. You don’t need to worry about travel time, weather disruptions, or having the kids around.
I use Zoom video conferencing for our online sessions. Once you have booked an appointment you will receive a link by email. Five minutes before your lesson begins you simply click the link to enter the meeting. If I am not there yet, don’t worry, I will join shortly.
