About Me

I believe that being strong isn’t about how you look or being a certain weight, but being physically strong enough to enjoy life and have some amazing adventures.

I also think being strong is a state of mind and being emotionally tough enough to handle whatever life throws at you as well as being empowered to create and live the life you want. 

I work with busy people face to face and online to give them the confidence to step outside their comfort zone and get stronger, physically and mentally.

I am certified in the Foundations of Counselling to support my client’s mental health as much as I do their physical health.

What I Do
  • Show people how to enjoy exercise and get strong
  • Assess and rehabilitate injuries
  • Support people with medical conditions to exercise safely
  • Help people focus on what their body can do not what it looks like
