I believe that being strong isn’t about how you look or being a certain weight, but being physically strong enough to enjoy life and have some amazing adventures.
I also think being strong is a state of mind and being emotionally tough enough to handle whatever life throws at you as well as being empowered to create and live the life you want.
I work with busy people face to face and online to give them the confidence to step outside their comfort zone and get stronger, physically and mentally. You can read my safe space policy here.
I am certified in the Foundations of Counselling to support my client’s mental health as much as I do their physical health.
What I Do
- Show people how to enjoy exercise
- Support pregnant people to continue exercising safely
- Help people to focus on what their body can do not what it looks like
- Support busy people to prioritise themselves
