I believe that being strong isn’t about how you look or being a certain weight, but being physically strong enough to enjoy life and have some amazing adventures.

I also think being strong is a state of mind and being emotionally tough enough to handle whatever life throws at you as well as being empowered to create and live the life you want. 

I work with busy women face to face and online to give them the confidence to step outside their comfort zone and get stronger, physically and mentally.

I am currently studying a Foundations of Counselling Course so that I can support my client’s mental health as much as I do their physical health.

What I Do
  • Show women how to enjoy exercise
  • Support pregnant women to continue exercising safely

  • Help women to focus on what their body can do not what it looks like
  • Support busy women to prioritise themselves
