I don’t have a generic massage routine that everyone gets. Every session is built around understanding your body.

Then we treat the actual cause, not just where it hurts.

My bodywork sessions are for you if:

  • You’re tired of short-term fixes
  • You want to understand your body, not just “manage” it
  • You’ve tried a generic massage before and it didn’t last

If you want a relaxing massage, there are plenty of places that do that. This is for people who are done guessing and want their body to actually work properly again.

This isn’t just a massage. Depending on what your body needs, sessions may include cupping, flossing, stretching, and a range of other techniques.

My Approach

This is bodywork done WITH you, not to you. You know your body better than anyone. I use that to help guide your session to get the best possible outcomes. I will communicate with you during the session to find the right amount of pressure and work in the right places.

You don’t lie there and hope it works.
We figure it out together.

Some people feel uncomfortable speaking up and describing exactly what they want during a sports massage session. I encourage it!
