You’ve fixed the issue. Built up some strength. And maybe even back to the things you love, now you want to maintain that progress.
Rebuild is a monthly strength and sports therapy membership for people who are feeling good and want to keep it that way. A combination of hands on sports therapy and progressive strength coaching.
If you have had previous injuries and niggles and want to keep them at bay without flaring things up, this is for you.
This membership is for you if:
- You want to train with confidence
- You’re preparing for an event (like a marathon) and want your body to cope
- You’re fed up with restarting rehab every few months
- You want to start seeing progress in your strength
Rebuild combines hands-on sports therapy with progressive strength work, so you’re not just feeling better, you’re actually rebuilding capacity to keep doing the things you love.
Each month as a member of Rebuild, you get:
- 1 x 30 minute sports therapy session
30 minutes hands on treatment, including massage, cupping, taping or stretching - 1 x personalised strength plan
Built around your injury history, training goals, and current load - Ongoing progression
Your plan adapts as you improve, not the same generic exercises on repeat
The Rebuild membership is capped at five members so I can properly manage injuries, adapt strength work, and keep people progressing.
Once it’s full, I don’t add more members until a spot opens up.
