FAQs
How are the sessions conducted?
We will have a call to discuss your goals and current situation. After this, I will create a personalised workout plan and provide regular check-ins to track your progress and offer support.
What if I do the exercises wrong?
You will be able to send me videos of your exercises so that I can offer advice on your technique.
I am not very fit, does that matter?
Whatever your current fitness levels are you will gradually increase your strength and fitness over time. You will learn the correct exercise techniques because that will allow you to start feeling more confident.
Will I need any equipment?
You don’t need to have any home fitness equipment but if you do I can incorporate it into your sessions or support you in buying some if needed.
What if I can’t do the exercises?
Everything is personalised. We progress at your pace and I will provide you with video demonstrations of the exercises as well as talking you through them in the weekly check in calls.
What if I can’t make a weekly call?
We can catch up via messages or email.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
We will discuss your physical limitations and injuries and take them into account to modify your workout plan accordingly. We will work together to find exercises that are safe and effective.
