Ways To Work With Me
There are many reasons to exercise regularly. Above all, it keeps you healthy and gives you some time out for yourself, because your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
I honestly thought I’d feel Exercise Guilt forever! I also believed that a workout had to be at least an hour long and felt guilty if I couldn’t manage that for whatever reason.
