Ways To Work With Me

I offer a range of fitness sessions for busy women in Sheffield and beyond. These sessions range from 1:1 individual personal training sessions, right through to group fitness sessions and online ftness memberships.

There are many reasons to exercise regularly. Above all, it keeps you healthy and gives you some time out for yourself, because your mental health is just as important as your physical health.

Dropping the guilt has meant that I can just pick up where I left off without losing motivation or thinking ‘there’s no point’.

I honestly thought I’d feel Exercise Guilt forever! I also believed that a workout had to be at least an hour long and felt guilty if I couldn’t manage that for whatever reason.

BUT because of you I know that’s utter RUBBISH!!!!!
